Cristiano Ronaldo was once again the inspiration behind a Real Madrid La Liga victory over Valladolid after netting two goals with his head in a closely contested 4-3 victory.
Valladolid took the lead early on through Gonzalez but midway through the first half Real Madrid equalised after an own goal.
Guerra once again restored the lead for the visitors but goals from Ronaldo and Kaka' turned the tables. Ronaldo scored with his head and repeated the same feat in the second half to make it 4-2.
Sastre scored a fantastic goal from distance late on but it was too little too late for Valladolid as Real Madrid kept the La Liga title race alive by the skin of their teeth.
