Enrique Sanchez, executive vice-president of the Realmadrid Foundation, travelled to Beijing to sign a cooperation agreement with Yang Liguo, secretary general at the Ministry of Education's National Department of Sports for Students, with the aim of promoting the “General Plan of Football for China” between the Realmadrid Foundation and the country's Ministry of Education. Other local dignitaries present included Lui Baoli, director general of the Department of International Cooperation and Xue Yanqing, vice-secretary general of the Federation of School and University Sport.
The Realmadrid Foundation will promote the implementation of their programme of education in values They play we educate in Chinese public schools with the aim of teaching children how to play their favourite sport in an appropriate manner, always prioritising education and fun over competition.
