Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he is not sure what the future holds for compatriot Jose Mourinho, Real Madrid's boss, beyond this season.
Real Madrid have struggled to make an impact in La Liga this season and Mourinho has found himself under pressure from both fans and senior officials.
Speaking to AS about his boss, Ronaldo said, "I don't know. I think he will continue until the end of the season at least, because he's a coach who always wants to win and we have several challenges ahead which we can achieve.
"After that he will decide what's best for him, for his professional group and for the club. But I don't know what either he or the club thinks and therefore I prefer not to talk about this subject."
Ronaldo then addressed speculation of a rift between him and Mourinho, "It's a very personal issue, it's sorted and everything's fine. Things that happen in the dressing room stay in the dressing room."
