José Mourinho has been handed a two-game ban for domestic cup matches following his dismissal in the Copa del Rey final on Friday night.
The Portuguese, who will leave the club most likely for Chelsea at the end of the season, was sent to the stands midway through the second half of the 2-1 defeat to city rivals Atlético for protesting with the referee after a series of fouls were given against his team.
The suspension only applies to domestic cup games meaning Mourinho can sit on the bench for Madrid's final two Primera División games of the season, away at Real Sociedad on Sunday and then at home to Osasuna the following Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo was handed a one-match ban for his sending-off afterlashing out at Gabi in extra-time and he will miss Real's first Copa del Rey match next season.
